Qualifications
- Bachelorâ??s Degree in Engineering or prior experience in Quality or Process Improvement
- Microsoft Office Suite, analytical skills
- Co-Op/Internship in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Distribution with experience applying basic Lean/Continuous Improvement Tools, Possess applied knowledge of a functioning Quality Management System elements including Statistical Process Control, FMEA, Quality KPIs, etc

Responsibilities
- Identify and implement opportunities for defect reduction, waste elimination, and process improvement, to measurably impact First Time Quality metrics and reduce rework
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on process design and improvement
- Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to analyze data and perform root cause analysis
- Use industrial engineering techniques such as time studies, work measurement, and motion analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization
- Lead or support project management activities, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
