About the Role

As a Technical Sourcer focused on Software and Systems Engineering, you'll be at the heart of our recruitment engine, finding, engaging, and bringing on board top-tier talent who are passionate about building the next big thing in tech. This is a unique opportunity for a contract recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of the technical landscape.

What We’re Looking for:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience sourcing in a technical recruitment role, preferably in software and systems engineering. You have a deep understanding of the tech stack and the ability to communicate the value of different roles and technologies to candidates.
