We are seeking a talented and driven Data Engineer and Data Analytics professional to join us. In this role, you will design and manage scalable data architectures, analyze data to uncover trends, and create impactful reports and visualizations that empower informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable data architectures and systems.
- Analyze data to identify actionable trends and insights.
- Create engaging reports and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making through data.
- Ensure data security by adhering to best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or machine learning.
- Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with big data technologies, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS.
Preferred Skills:
- Data visualization and reporting expertise using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with Hadoop, data lakes, and data integration processes.
- Knowledge of machine learning and advanced analytics.

Compensation:
The average salary range for this role in Fremont, CA, is between $80,000 and $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
