Key Responsibilities:


  • Customer Journey Optimization: Develop and implement comprehensive success strategies tailored to the unique needs of each customer. From onboarding to expansion, you’ll ensure a seamless experience that maximizes the impact of our solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations. Become the trusted advisor for our clients, proactively identifying potential challenges and guiding them to success.
  • Strategic Consultation: Lead regular strategic sessions with customers to align on goals, track progress, and optimize product usage. Provide consultative support and actionable insights that drive tangible results and measurable ROI.
  • Product Expertise: Become a product expert, continuously understanding new features and capabilities to offer the best guidance and tailored solutions to clients.
  • Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs, sharing feedback with product and development teams, and working to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Customer Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upsell potential. Leverage strong relationships to drive retention, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive and collaborative approach to customer success. Provide feedback and insights to help shape product offerings, and align company strategies with customer needs.
