Key Responsibilities

Engagement Guru: Plan, execute, and measure employee engagement programs, from surveys and workshops to team-building activities and recognition programs.
Communication Enthusiast: Create compelling internal communication campaigns that inspire, inform, and celebrate our people.
Event Organizer: Lead the planning of company-wide events, including celebrations, wellness initiatives, and professional development activities.
Feedback Advocate: Design and analyze employee engagement surveys, presenting actionable insights to leadership.
Wellbeing Ambassador: Promote mental health and wellbeing through tailored initiatives and accessible resources.
