As a Senior Conversational Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our customers interact with our brand through cutting-edge conversational experiences. From designing intuitive chatbot scripts to optimizing voice assistant flows, you will be the architect behind interactions that inspire, assist, and engage.

What You'll Do

• Design Conversational Flows: Craft seamless, engaging, and natural dialog journeys for chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI-driven interfaces.
• User-Centric Research: Collaborate with UX researchers to understand audience behavior, needs, and pain points to shape intuitive conversational designs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and linguists to bring your designs to life.
• Test and Optimize: Use A/B testing, analytics, and user feedback to continuously refine and improve conversational experiences.
• Lead and Inspire: Mentor junior designers and lead brainstorming sessions to push the boundaries of what's possible in conversational AI.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 5+ years in conversational design, UX design, or a related field. Experience with platforms like Dialogflow, Rasa, or Voiceflow is a big plus!
• Creativity Meets Strategy: A flair for storytelling and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with NLP concepts, AI models, and dialog management systems.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
