As the Director of Global Search Engine Optimization, you will spearhead our company's SEO strategy on a global scale.   • Work cross-functionally with content, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of SEO initiatives.

3. Stay Ahead of the Curve

  • Monitor and adapt to the latest trends, algorithm updates, and industry innovations.
  • Develop best-in-class practices for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO that drive sustainable success.
  • Implement cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and performance.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the impact of SEO efforts on traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate?

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven Expertise: 8+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global SEO efforts.
  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical mindset with a knack for translating complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Technical Know-How: Deep understanding of technical SEO, schema markup, and web performance optimization.
  • Innovative Leadership: Ability to inspire teams, champion creativity, and foster collaboration across diverse departments.
  • Adaptable Mindset: Keen awareness of search engine algorithms and the ability to pivot strategies as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global teams and navigating multi-language SEO.

  • Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or high-growth tech companies.
