Key Responsibilities
- O365 Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the O365 suite, ensuring seamless functionality across all Microsoft services like Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and more.
- Email Systems Administration: Manage and maintain the email infrastructure, including mailbox provisioning, migrations, and troubleshooting.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security protocols, such as multi-factor authentication, data loss prevention (DLP), and email filtering to protect sensitive information.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Act as a primary point of contact for email and O365-related issues, resolving incidents and providing support to end-users.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and implement PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and managing bulk tasks across O365 environments.
- Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate O365 tools into other enterprise systems and workflows.
Who You Are
- Experienced & Certified: You have hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and hold certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals or Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert.
- Tech-Savvy: You're highly proficient in Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related technologies. You’re comfortable working with PowerShell, Azure AD, and other administration tools.
- Problem Solver: You thrive in troubleshooting complex systems and have a knack for identifying root causes quickly.
