Key Responsibilities

As a Portfolio Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of investment opportunities that contribute to Amazon's broader vision of innovation and impact. You will:

• Strategize and Manage: Work closely with portfolio companies to craft growth strategies, align business objectives with capital resources, and ensure the portfolio’s success in a highly dynamic market.
• Collaborate and Build Relationships: Act as the trusted partner for executives, founders, and key stakeholders within portfolio companies, providing them with operational guidance and strategic insights to accelerate their business goals.
• Drive Impact: Monitor the performance and growth of portfolio companies, identifying opportunities for improvement, scaling, and value creation.
• Innovate: Help refine processes and strategies that ensure Amazon Catalytic Capital is maximizing the impact of its investments and contributing to the success of portfolio companies.
• Ensure Accountability: Provide regular reporting and analysis on portfolio performance, tracking key metrics, and ensuring the successful achievement of both short- and long-term objectives.

About You
