About the Role
We are looking for a Director of SEO, Content who is passionate about driving organic growth and shaping the digital presence of our brand. As the Director of SEO, Content, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO and content strategies that align with business goals and customer needs. You will oversee the entire SEO lifecycle, from keyword research to content optimization, ensuring that every touchpoint delivers measurable results.
Your deep expertise in SEO and content marketing will empower you to lead a talented team, set the vision for content and search strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams. This role requires both creative thinking and technical proficiency to elevate our brand’s organic search performance and deliver an exceptional content experience to our audience.
Key Responsibilities:

- SEO Excellence: Own the end-to-end SEO process, from on-page optimization to link building and technical SEO, ensuring best practices are always followed.

- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics tools to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize SEO strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with the product, marketing, and development teams to ensure seamless execution of SEO strategies across all touchpoints.
- Continuous Learning: Stay on top of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and content marketing strategies, and bring innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO strategy, content marketing, and digital growth.
- Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and others.
- Strong leadership and team management experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
- In-depth knowledge of both on-page and off-page SEO, as well as technical SEO best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strong understanding of content marketing.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, adjusting strategies to improve performance and ROI.
