In this pivotal role, you’ll blend the art of storytelling with the science of analytics to drive smarter decisions and enhance our digital strategies. You’ll lead initiatives that dive deep into website performance, audience behavior, and content effectiveness, creating a seamless bridge between numbers and user experience.
What You’ll Do
Harness Data for Growth
- Use web analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on website and content performance.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and bottlenecks to guide strategic decision-making.
Optimize Content Impact
- Collaborate with the content and UX teams to align data insights with creative strategies.
- Drive A/B testing and user behavior experiments to optimize content engagement.
User-Centric Insights
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to understand user journeys and pain points.
- Conduct surveys, heatmap analysis, and user feedback sessions to craft actionable recommendations.
Collaborate & Influence
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams to create cohesive, data-informed strategies.
- Present findings in an engaging way to stakeholders, inspiring data-driven change.
What We’re Looking For
- Analytical Expertise: Deep understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and metrics.
- Creative Problem-Solving: The ability to merge creative storytelling with technical analysis.
- Experience: Proven track record of managing analytics in content-driven environments, with at least 5 years in a similar role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Passion for Users: A genuine interest in understanding and improving the user experience
