About the Role:
As the ISV Principal Account Manager at ServiceNow, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic growth through partnerships with leading ISVs. You’ll work closely with our Business Applications team, leveraging your expertise to expand our ecosystem, accelerate revenue, and deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate strong relationships with key ISV partners to expand ServiceNow’s ecosystem and drive mutual growth. You’ll be the trusted advisor who helps partners innovate and succeed on the ServiceNow platform.
Solution Development & Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and create custom solutions tailored to the specific needs of ISV partners. Help them integrate their applications seamlessly with ServiceNow to deliver exceptional value to customers.
Market Leadership: Lead the way in positioning ServiceNow as the partner of choice for ISVs, influencing product roadmaps and ensuring alignment with partner needs. Stay ahead of market trends and act as a subject matter expert in the BIZAPPS space.
Revenue Growth: Drive the execution of the business strategy for your partner portfolio, with a focus on revenue acceleration, scaling, and building long-term, sustainable partnerships.
Strategic Communication: Present and evangelize the value of ServiceNow’s offerings to key ISV stakeholders, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term goals. Act as the key interface between the ServiceNow team and external partners.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 7+ years of experience in strategic partnership management, business development, or account management in the SaaS or cloud industry. Experience with ISVs and a solid understanding of business applications is a plus.
Proven Success: A track record of success in driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships in a high-growth technology environment.
Exceptional Communication Skills: You must be able to communicate complex solutions in a simple and engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic Mindset: The ability to think strategically and execute tactically, balancing long-term vision with short-term business needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business results.
