We are seeking a Senior Associate, ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it is aligned with our business needs and objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will be working closely with cross-functional teams to build and implement innovative solutions that improve service delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and support our commitment to excellence in IT service management.

Key Responsibilities

  • ServiceNow Implementation & Configuration:
    Lead and contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry best practices.

  • System Integration:
    Collaborate with development teams to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functional efficiency across the enterprise.

  • Platform Optimization:
    Continuously monitor and enhance the performance of the ServiceNow platform by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing best practices for scaling and optimization.

  • Support & Troubleshooting:
    Act as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow, providing support to teams by troubleshooting issues, offering technical guidance, and resolving platform-related incidents efficiently.

  • Collaboration & Training:
    Work closely with IT and business teams to define process improvements, implement new features, and train end-users on ServiceNow functionality, ensuring high levels of user satisfaction.

  • Change Management:
    Support the change management process, ensuring all updates, releases, and modifications are deployed in accordance with best practices and within agreed timelines.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:
    3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including implementation, configuration, and maintenance. Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.

  • Technical Expertise:
    Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Experience with scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, etc.) is a plus.

  • Problem-Solving Skills:
    Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, with a proactive approach to identifying solutions and optimizing system performance.

  • Communication & Collaboration:
    Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and to translate technical concepts into user-friendly terms.

  • Certifications (Optional but Preferred):
    ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, or other relevant certifications.
