About the Role:
As a Senior Associate, ServiceNow, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how businesses interact with technology, leveraging the powerful capabilities of ServiceNow to drive impactful solutions. You will work closely with our cutting-edge team, ensuring the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for our clients.
What You'll Do:
???? Solution Design & Delivery: Architect and implement scalable, innovative ServiceNow solutions that align with client needs, business goals, and industry best practices.
???? Customization & Configuration: Configure ServiceNow modules and develop workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance service management, IT operations, and automation processes.
???? Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
???? Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level guidance to clients and internal teams, offering solutions to complex technical challenges.
???? Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of processes, leveraging ServiceNow to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for working seamlessly with diverse teams.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Tech-Savvy: A solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ITIL framework is an advantage.
