- Serve as the subject matter expert, guiding the evolution of our ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and implement scalable solutions to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
2. Customization & Integration
- Collaborate across teams to identify needs and tailor ServiceNow functionalities to meet unique business requirements.
- Integrate third-party tools to create seamless systems that speak the same language.
3. Strategic Problem-Solving
- Analyze business challenges and translate them into innovative technical solutions using ServiceNow.
- Automate processes, reduce redundancies, and drive measurable improvements.
4. Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to empower teams with the full potential of ServiceNow.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow development, implementation, and management.
- Proficiency in modules like ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, with a focus on best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex problems into actionable solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Extra Points For:
- Certifications like ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer.
- Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide, etc.) and APIs.
