What You’ll Do
- Solution Design & Development:
Develop scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet client requirements. - Process Improvement:
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows using the ServiceNow platform. - Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end-users to ensure seamless integration and adoption of ServiceNow solutions. - Technical Expertise:
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement custom configurations, and maintain system performance. - Innovation Leadership:
Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow practices and standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience:
- Proven expertise in ServiceNow implementation, development, and administration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, ITOM, or HRSD is a plus.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certifications:
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications preferred. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Equivalent work experience is also welcomed.
