What You’ll Do:
Optimize Marketing Campaigns: Use machine learning and statistical models to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze Customer Behavior: Dive into customer data to uncover valuable insights, identify patterns, and segment audiences based on purchasing behavior, interests, and engagement levels.

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in data science or marketing analytics, with a strong focus on marketing data, customer analytics, and predictive modeling.
Proficiency in data science programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Spark).
Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, including classification, clustering, regression, and recommender systems, applied to marketing datasets.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Marketo, HubSpot), and ability to integrate them with data science models.
Strong statistical analysis skills and experience working with large, complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
A keen understanding of digital marketing strategies, such as SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media, and how data can enhance these efforts.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points:
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) for customer sentiment analysis or content recommendation systems.
