About the Role
As an AI Agent Researcher, you will collaborate with our technical founder and diverse team to develop cutting-edge AI systems that reason, adapt, and learn. You’ll take ownership of research and prototyping at the highest levels of the tech stack, advancing state-of-the-art methods for memory, reliability, and reasoning.
What You'll Do:
- Lead Breakthrough Research: Advance AI agents by focusing on memory systems, reasoning, and robust reliability.
- Prototype New Ideas: Design, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art architectures and novel methodologies.
- Drive the Mission: Immerse yourself in the latest research, maintaining a deep, holistic knowledge base of neural architectures and circuits (e.g., transformers, advanced ANNs).
- Collaborate Directly: Work closely with our founder and team to translate cutting-edge research into practical solutions that transform the AI landscape.

What You Bring:

- Neural Architecture Knowledge: Expertise in diverse architectures like transformers, VAEs, and other advanced neural systems.
- Prototyping Mastery: Hands-on experience with Python, LLMs, C++/Cuda, and ANNs.

Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: $160,000 - $320,000 + equity
