Your Role as a Therapist at Brightside:
- Provide weekly evidence-based care to individual adults via live video sessions.
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers to offer comprehensive, holistic care.
- Monitor patient progress through automatically administered assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation with our user-friendly therapist portal.
- Receive support from the Therapy Leadership Team when needed.

What We’re Looking For:
- A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
- An independent license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) and 1+ years of experience as a licensed therapist.
- Preferably 2+ years of experience with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and working with individuals facing a diverse range of mental health challenges.
- Comfort working with a variety of populations, including higher-risk and adolescent patients.
- Tech-savviness and a willingness to incorporate digital solutions into your clinical practice.
