What You Bring:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience leading AI/ML development and architecture projects.
- Expertise in full AI solution lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Proven ability to design scalable machine learning and Generative AI models.
- Experience translating business needs into technical strategies.
- Ability to travel (0-25%) as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master’s or Ph.D.) preferred.
- Certifications in AI/ML and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and multimodal AI models.
- Expertise in cloud-native AI deployments and MLOps pipelines.
