What You'll Do:
???? Champion Data Governance: Provide essential support for various governance committees by preparing detailed materials, executing follow-ups, and delivering education on governance best practices.
???? Establish Data Standards: Collaborate with data owners to maintain accurate definitions of data elements for analytics.
???? Ensure AI Integrity: Lead the operational execution of enterprise AI governance requirements across all organizational entities.
???? Mentor & Guide: Educate and guide senior and intermediate team members while fostering strong customer relationships.
???? Drive Compliance & Quality: Maintain rigorous standards for data quality, security, and compliance, ensuring ethical AI practices.
What You Bring:
? Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing, Healthcare Informatics, or a related discipline required.
- Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems preferred.
? Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in Data Analysis or related fields required.
- Preferred experience in:
- Data Warehousing (3-5 years)
- Database Administration (3-5 years)
- Healthcare Industry (5-7 years)
? Skills:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Collibra Data Governance Center
- Power BI or similar visualization tools
- SQL, Toad, or similar databases
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Agile Methodologies
