Your Mission:
???? AI Product Development & Strategy:
- Lead the full product lifecycle of AI-driven solutions, from strategic planning to deployment.
- Translate government challenges into detailed technical requirements and actionable solutions.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on research, user feedback, and market trends.
???? Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, and software developers to deliver impactful AI solutions.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product vision.
???? Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Define and track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging AI trends and technologies.
What You Bring to the Table:
? Experience:
- 8+ years of product management for AI/ML software solutions
- 5+ years supporting DoD clients in a consulting or technical capacity
- Proven success in delivering AI products using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
- Strong background in managing budgets, risk, and timelines
? Expertise:
- Knowledge of AI technologies, including LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and machine learning frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance optimization
? Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
- Secret clearance required
- PMP or Scrum Master Certification preferred
