What You'll Do:
As a Benefits Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our benefits program! You will:
- Conduct New Hire Orientation: Welcome new teammates and provide them with a comprehensive overview of our benefits offerings.
- Support Our Teammates: Serve as the first point of contact for benefit-related inquiries, helping teammates navigate claims, plan changes, and eligibility issues.
- Liaise Between Employees & Providers: Communicate with insurance carriers to resolve eligibility and claim issues, ensuring a seamless experience for our teammates.
- Manage Key Benefits Processes: From open enrollment to managing the 401(k) plan, you’ll oversee everything from audits to status changes and even tuition reimbursement requests.
- Ensure Compliance: Stay current on federal and state regulations to keep Insight’s benefits program compliant, and lead audits to ensure all filings are timely and accurate.
- Make an Impact: Help us continuously improve our benefits offerings, providing valuable insights and making recommendations that benefit both teammates and the company.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, communications, or a related field.
- Skills & Experience:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- An understanding of confidentiality and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
