What You’ll Do:
Innovate with MBSE: Develop and apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies to create advanced technical specifications, system architectures, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) for complex ground and weapon systems.
Optimize Systems: Research and implement innovative engineering tools to solve emerging threats and operational challenges.
Seamless Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy large-scale system solutions.
Performance Enhancement: Analyze and troubleshoot issues within cloud and hybrid multi-cloud environments to maintain system efficiency.
Client Collaboration: Partner closely with government and stakeholders to implement cutting-edge digital solutions.
Your Expertise:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
3+ years of systems engineering experience on ground platforms
2+ years performing systems analysis and creating engineering products for ground systems
Practical experience with MBSE for developing technical specifications, system architecture, and ICDs
Proficiency with digital engineering tools like Cameo, MagicDraw, Sparx, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
What Will Set You Apart:
Experience with advanced tools like MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter
Proficiency in automating tasks using MBSE tool APIs
Familiarity with digital twins and their real-world applications
Knowledge of SysML, DoDAF, and AI’s role in digital engineering
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical risks effectively
OMG Certified Systems Model Professional (OCSMP) or INCOSE SE Certification
Master’s degree in Engineering
