In this role, you'll:

? Collaborate with clinicians, informaticists, and community members to solve pressing healthcare challenges.
? Conduct rapid-cycle quality improvement studies to directly impact service delivery.
? Build a robust externally funded research program.
? Mentor the next generation of mental health system scientists.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, execute, and publish research that transforms child mental health care systems.
- Use participatory research methods to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Develop rapid research solutions to optimize care outcomes.
- Work with informaticists to harness data for meaningful insights.
- Drive faculty development and cultivate new research opportunities.
What Sets You Apart:
We’re looking for trailblazers at all ranks with these qualifications:
Assistant Professor:
- M.D., Ph.D., Dr.PH., or DNP
- 1-3 years of relevant research
Associate Professor:
- 4-7 years of experience
- Proven ability to lead complex research initiatives
Professor:
- 7+ years of experience
- National or international reputation in health services research
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced expertise in implementation science, systems complexity, or pragmatic research trials.
- Strong background in behavioral health research.
- Clinical experience with child populations (preferred but not required).
- Excellent track record in grant writing and collaborative research.

- Assistant Professors: $105,000 - $120,000 (PhD) | $220,000 - $250,000 (MD/DO)
- Associate Professors: $130,000 - $145,000 (PhD) | $250,000 - $270,000 (MD/DO)
- Professors: $175,000 - $205,000 (PhD) | $280,000 - $310,000 (MD/DO)
