Salary Range: $75,000 to $82,000

What You’ll Do
- Teach and Inspire: Lead engaging courses in industrial engineering and related disciplines at both undergraduate and master's levels.
- Research and Innovate: Pursue scholarly activities, secure grants, and collaborate on groundbreaking projects in emerging fields such as AI, operations research, and quality control.
- Advise and Mentor: Guide and support students on their educational journeys, cultivating a pipeline of future engineering leaders.
- Serve and Lead: Contribute to the growth and innovation of our dynamic School of Engineering and the larger CSU Pueblo community.

What You Bring to the Table
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field (earned by the start date).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, or Physical Science.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring a diverse student population.
Preferred Qualifications:
- P.E. license or eligibility.
- Industry experience and expertise in simulation, project management, or AI.
- Proven success in collegiate teaching and grant development.
- Dedication to research and applied learning in engineering.
