???? What You’ll Do:
Solve Meaningful Challenges: Apply advanced AI models to address real-world infrastructure challenges, from transportation systems to smart cities.
Data-Driven Discovery: Mine massive datasets, uncover patterns, and deliver actionable insights using cutting-edge machine learning and statistical techniques.
AI Innovation: Implement Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to redefine industry solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HNTB and client teams, serving as a trusted technical advisor and communicator for AI solutions.
Model Mastery: Build, fine-tune, and deploy custom data models to predict, optimize, and transform business outcomes.
Data Storytelling: Translate complex analytics into compelling narratives that influence stakeholders and decision-makers.
???? What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field + 6 years of experience, or
Master’s degree with 5 years of experience or 10 years of equivalent experience
Proficiency in AI Technologies: Python, R, SQL, Hadoop, Spark
Visualization Excellence: Create data stories with Power BI or Tableau
Generative AI Expertise: Success in deploying GenAI and LLM-based solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences

Master’s degree in data science or related fields
Experience in the transportation industry
Prior consulting experience
