Your Mission:
???? Lead Research Projects: Manage end-to-end research data science engagements across multiple labs, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
???? Collaborate & Communicate: Serve as a liaison between research teams and stakeholders, providing updates and aligning goals.
???? Resource Optimization: Efficiently allocate resources, including budgets, teams, and vendors.
?? Risk & Change Management: Identify risks and lead adoption of new technologies and processes to enhance operations.
???? Performance Monitoring: Track project milestones, report progress, and troubleshoot issues.
???? Technology Deployment: Coordinate external technology implementations, ensuring seamless system integration.
???? Process Improvement: Identify and implement process optimizations for increased operational efficiency.
What You Bring:
? Required:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in technology or research environments.
- 3-5 years of data science experience in academic or professional settings.
- 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in a tech environment.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
???? Preferred:
- Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
- Experience managing technology deployments from external vendors.
- Familiarity with cloud environments and ecosystem management.
- Strong understanding of research and data science concepts.
- AWS certifications are a plus!
