What You’ll Do:
As a Data Scientist, you’ll play a critical role in partnering with top digital businesses to tackle complex, high-impact problems. You’ll be driving data-driven insights that will help shape business strategies in areas like product development, marketing, and customer insights.
Shape Data Strategies: Collaborate with business teams to understand their challenges and design effective analytics solutions. You'll play a key role in structuring and analyzing large, complex datasets to unlock actionable insights that fuel business growth.
Drive Machine Learning & AI: Leverage your machine learning expertise to create predictive models and automate processes. Work with advanced algorithms to generate meaningful insights that power future decisions.
Data Visualization & Communication: Use tools like Tableau and Python to bring your findings to life. Translate complex analyses into clear, concise presentations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Hypothesis-Driven Problem Solving: Lead with a structured approach to business challenges. Test hypotheses, run experiments, and help define the roadmap for future growth.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Engage with various teams (marketing, product, customer insights) to deliver data-driven solutions across the business and ensure that each decision is backed by robust analytics.
What We’re Looking For:
4+ Years of Experience: You’ve already been there, done that. You bring a solid background in data science, machine learning, or a related field, and have hands-on experience manipulating large datasets with tools like SQL, R, or Python.
Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in SQL are a must. You’re also comfortable with machine learning algorithms, data visualization, and A/B testing. Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools is a big plus!
Communication Skills: You can tell a story with data. Whether it’s written reports or live presentations, you know how to break down complex findings and make them digestible for different audiences.
Self-Starter Mentality: You thrive in fast-paced environments. You have a “can-do” attitude and can juggle multiple priorities while working efficiently with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points for Marketing Experience: If you have a background in marketing analytics, we’d love to see how you’ve used data to optimize customer engagement or marketing strategies.
Skills & Expertise:
- SQL: Advanced querying and data manipulation.
- Programming Languages: Expertise in Python or R.
- Machine Learning: Familiar with key algorithms and models.
- Marketing Analytics: Experience applying data science to marketing initiatives (a plus!).
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- A/B Testing: Knowledge of experiment design and analysis.
