What You'll Do:
Data-Driven Problem Solving:
You’ll work on developing innovative solutions to address data analytics challenges, collecting vast amounts of data from various sources, and performing data cleansing, transformation, and analysis.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:
You’ll engage with a variety of stakeholders to understand mission needs, provide recommendations, and ensure solutions align with customer goals.
Develop Cutting-Edge Algorithms:
Work on data processing algorithms, machine learning models, and cloud-based solutions to tackle real-world problems. You’ll stay ahead of the curve by exploring new techniques and continuously improving your skills.

What We’re Looking For:
A Curiosity-Driven Mindset:
You thrive on asking the right questions, solving problems, and pushing boundaries. A strong analytical mindset combined with a love for data science and tech is key.
Experience in Data Science or Related Fields:
You should have a solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or computer science. Experience with data processing algorithms and data models is essential.
Proficiency in Key Tools:
You should be comfortable with programming languages like Python, R, or Java and have experience with SQL, NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Amazon Aurora), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Strong Communication Skills:
Being able to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences is critical for success in this role.
Passion for Innovation:
A genuine interest in emerging technologies and a desire to make an impact through cutting-edge analytics and machine learning solutions will set you apart.
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hadoop, or MapReduce
- Familiarity with Tableau, Cognos, and data visualization
- Knowledge of Statistical Modeling and deep learning frameworks (e.g., R, Spark)
- Experience with APIs and RESTful services
- Working knowledge of Semantic Web technologies (RDF/OWL, SPARQL)
