Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other peripherals.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access permissions.
- Provide guidance on IT best practices, security protocols, and system usage.
- Document support requests, solutions, and technical procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and implement new technologies.
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an IT support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common software applications.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues with a logical approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
