Job Description:
·10-15 years proven experience in data architecture, specifically in migrating on-prem MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases to the cloud (preferably Azure).

·Expertise in implementing Strangler pattern for legacy database migrations, ensuring minimal impact and seamless transitions.

·Strong background in event-driven and domain-driven design principles, with experience in creating event-based architectures for scalable and resilient systems.

·Experience with Azure’s modern data stack, including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, Event Grid, and Azure Databricks.

·Deep knowledge of data modeling for both operational and analytical systems, with a focus on transactional data and healthcare-specific workflows like prior authorization.

·Familiarity with cloud-agnosticsolutions and technologies to design flexible, scalable architectures across multiple cloud platforms.

·In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA compliance, and the need for secure, reliable data management in the healthcare industry.

·Expertise in Strangler patternmigrations, Azure, and cloud-native architectures.

·Proven experience with event-drivenand domain-driven design in healthcare applications.

·Strong background in data modeling, integration, and working with Azure data stack.

·Cloud-agnostic mindset with experience in cross-platform design.
