• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience

• HR system implementation experience a plus

• Strong understanding of database design, structure, functions and processes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access

• Strong analytical skills

• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Description:

Primary focus of this position is the administration, support and maintenance of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Module. The Sr HR System Administrator will guide HR on best practice for utilizing the HRSD module to its fullest capability. Additionally, ensure adherence to company standards and objectives and security procedures. Analyzes the needs of end-users and recommends solutions. Monitors system performance and troubleshoots issues. Develop standards, and system documentation.

Major Responsibilities Include:

? Configuring, supporting, and maintaining ServiceNow

? System support in an agile manner and translating “tech talk” to end users

? Planning for and responding to incidents, HR cases and ServiceNow stories

? Scripting and programming

? User administration (security and access)

? Develop and document processes and procedures

? Train HR staff and end-users on the system
