Performance Engineer Skills/Job Description:
• 10+ years of Performance Engineering experience and at least 5 years of experience as PE Lead (relevant experience)
• Able to handle multiple projects and deliver
• Ability to Monitor, guide multiple team members
• Good experience in writing test strategy & test plans
• Good experience in planning & estimations
• End to end performance engineering activities
• Experience in Loadrunner/performance center & Jmeter (Web, webservice, True client/oracle protocols must)
• Monitoring tools Appdynamics, dynatrace
• Experience in using Jenkins, Jira & Service now
• Linux OS & debugging skills
• Shell scripting a must
• Monitoring / Tuning of DBs
• Ability to write SQL Queries to insert/update data
• Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Should be hands-on experience on Performance Testing
