As the Cyber Engineering Technical Director here’s the work you’ll do:

- Direct billable program work in a program technical lead position including, but not be limited to, vulnerablility research and reverse engineering, firmware, hardware to gain system understanding, developing code for the specific system, testing and integrating software. Architecting system solutions, breaking work down to assignable tasks for highly technical engineering team, and mentoring engineering team through program completion. Responsible for interfacing with the customer's technical point of contact (principle investigator, contract officer technical representative, or similar customer representative).Primary author of program technical reports. Accountable to completion of program technical milestones ontime and meeting the technical requirements as laid out in the program
- Bid and proposal including support proposal, white paper development, develop tech solutions and participate in reviews. Selling including assisting in developing and delivering demonstrations, white papers, slick sheet, customer interfacing, and travel as necessary to support direct selling activities
- Internal research and development of novel software security technology with the goal to develop program descriminators or intellectual property for commercial sale(s). This role will be responsible for developing innovative solutions, reviewing concepts / plans with P&L and BD leadership
- Expert Software development in C/C++/Python/Assembly
- Expert Kernel level and firmware development and debugging skills
- Expert use of Vulnerability Research and Reverse Engineering tools (Ghidra or similar tools)
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams to complete complex cybersecurity programs
- Ability to manage any-sized technical team, Mentor Junior staff, and hold routine customer meetings and resolve conflicts
- Bachelor's Degree in CompSci, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- 12 years relevant work experience required (or 10 with Master's)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must have active TS/SCI Clearance
- Great attitude and team player.
