Enterprise Reporting Developer (SAP preferred) Analyst - Morgan Hill - CA

Job Description:
As an Enterprise Reporting Analyst-Developer based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for analyzing, designing and implementing reporting, data insight and business intelligence capabilities across the America’s region. This position will work with business counterparts to assess requirements, analyze the multiple solution options and implement them in an agile fashion while adhering to the target state architecture and roadmap.
Responsibilities include:
•Work with the business to flush out analytic and reporting requirements
•Develop detail specifications for the development team to build out efficient data models for the front-end consumption
•Conduct blueprinting sessions and represent as the solution architect for SAP Analytics Cloud
•Drive UAT validation working closely with the business
•Reporting to IT Director, based in Morgan Hill, CA
Requirements:
•BS/BA in computer technology or related field preferred
•Minimum 10 years’ experience in Data and Business Intelligence domain and implementations
•SAP S4 experience in various modules like FICO, MM, PP, SD/OTC, Inventory, Service Management
•Familiar with SAP tables in S4 and their relationship to effectively build out specifications
•Experience with governance, process, procedures, and conceptual data modeling (ERM’s) to drive data integrity and compliance
•Proven experience with Visualizations including business process mapping to data models
•Excellent communication skills and collaboration with various functional teams and users
•SAP Analytics Cloud and SAC Application Designer experience in all facets
•Experience with SAP Analysis for Office
•Familiar with SAC Planning
•Demonstrated track record in implementing a variety of Data and Reporting/Business Intelligence solutions
•Good understanding of data management principles and DW philosophies
•Good understanding and experience working with QAD as a data source is a plus
•Prior experience in training users is a plus
•Experience in IT Service Design/Management and ITIL Framework is a plus
•Experience in Power BI, SSRS, LogiXML, QAD Reporting Framework, QyberQuery is a plus
