Qualifications

Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mathematics or Information Systems or equivalent experience

â?¢

Experience: Three (3) years of experience in an warehouse management / fulfillment environment, or three (3) years previous experience leading software enabled process improvement projects

â?¢

Experienced with Warehouse Management or EDI

â?¢

English language skills: Able to read, write, speak and comprehend English

â?¢

Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide

â?¢

Ability to create, develop and maintain algorithms and mathematical models

â?¢

Physical Demands: General office environment

â?¢

Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite

â?¢

A blend of Order Management / Fulfillment, Information Management, ERP Applications, Project Management and Business Analysis skills

Responsibilities

â?¢

The position serves as functional expert for the Oracle EBS Order Management / Fulfillment Modules/Supply Chain/Inventory/Bill of Material/Work In Process

â?¢

As part of the role, the person is expected to interact with customer service, transportation, logistics, distribution operations, accounting and supply chain operations and identify gaps and improvement opportunities

â?¢

Manage execution of complex process improvement initiatives affecting multiple functional areas in support of the Order to Cash process

â?¢

Work with Business Managers to set Key Metrics and demonstrate improvement to the senior leadership team

â?¢

Utilize various process improvement tools and methodologies to define activities and detailed tasks that are aligned with business objectives

â?¢

Responsible for supporting multiple Oracle EBS modules to include Order Management, Transportation Management ,inventory management, bills of material, planning cloud, work in process ,EDI and Warehouse Management

â?¢

Able to debug and fix EDI issues

â?¢

Able to set-up new EDI connection

â?¢

Maintain relationship with EDI partner

â?¢

Well versed knowledge in backend tables and data flow

â?¢

Support the development of management dashboards and operational reports by leveraging data warehouse

â?¢

Create and establish work plans and staffing for each phase of projects and arrange for recruitment or assignment of project personnel from IT and Business functional groups

â?¢

Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget

â?¢

Work closely with outside consultants and Off Shore programming providers to provide technical support and to resolve problems and issues

â?¢

Conduct periodic project review sessions with functional business groups and process owners to ensure Enterprise Applications are used as designed and operating efficiently

â?¢

Prepare status reports for Senior Management team and department heads

â?¢

Participate in Strategic planning of business mission/objectives

â?¢

Collaborate with business partners to define how best to configure EBS to ensure that the business objectives are met

â?¢

Work within budgetary constraints to manage time lines and resources

â?¢

Responsible for business designs for reports, sub-systems, interfacing and any other automation

â?¢

Will coordinate with IT development teams for creating technical design and programming of the systems

â?¢
