Qualifications - Bachelors degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager in an agile software development-based enterprise environment creating, prioritizing, and accepting user stories, conducting user research and testing to understand needs, identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value and similar responsibilities
- 1+ years of experience guiding more junior team members through Product Management fundamentals in a professional setting
- 1+ years of experience mining and synthesizing web analytics data (eg, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and similar)
- Masters Degree
- Experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies, specifically the extreme programming (XP) principles of paired programming, test driven development, and continuous deployment
- Proficiency in working in a fast paced, fluid environment where priorities shift on a regular basis
- Proficiency in communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization
- Proficiency in working as part of a collaborative, cross-functional, modern software design and development team

| Responsibilities - Consider joining us as a Senior Platform Product Manager on our eCommerce team with responsibilities including defining a path to a robust, scalable platform that harnesses the power of diverse data sets into a responsive and rewarding front end shopping experience for our customers
- This role focuses on delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality products
- Sr Platform PMs understand and balance multiple use cases for data to build scale and elegance into systems
- They lead balanced teams of engineers and designers to deliver best-in-class software to our customers. Sr. PMs support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams
- They must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth, change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, being a force multiplier and leader of their teams)
- Empathize with and understand the end user deeply and use that knowledge to determine the fastest path to deliver value
- Translate business goals and end user needs into product strategy that balances those needs; communicates direction and product priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams, and third-party partners
- Identify goals, metrics, and analytics to determine product value; continually makes recommendations and refinements to the product backlog based on learnings

- Manage cross functional team and stakeholder expectations to execute on product strategy and provides education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience
