Job Title: Cisco VoIP Telecom Engineer

Location: Isabella Street Pittsburgh, PA ((Hybrid 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week))
Position Type: W2 Only

Duration: 1 Year Plus contract
Visa: USC and GC only.

Job Description:

Responsible for architecting and implementing the VOIP infrastructure, as well as ongoing management of it.
The candidate should have in depth knowledge of Cisco Call Manager/Cisco Technologies.
They should have basic understanding of LAN/WAN networking and how VOIP relies on it.
Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity, Cisco Voice Gateways
SIP Trunking, Expert knowledge of Cisco IP telephony solutions
Design/maintain VOIP architecture
Install VOIP hardware
Troubleshooting voice issues
Cisco ATA, Analog
