Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IAM Business Analyst with expertise in managing and enhancing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, particularly with Saviynt and SailPoint platforms. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline identity governance, secure privileged access, and support compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Saviynt Cloud Privileged Access Management (CPAM), SailPoint IdentityNow, or IdentityIQ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document IAM requirements, ensuring they align with business and compliance needs.
- Platform Configuration: Configure and manage IAM workflows, including user provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access controls in Saviynt or SailPoint.
- Access Governance: Implement access policies, conduct access certifications, and support separation of duties (SoD) to enforce least-privilege access.
- Audit and Compliance: Assist in regular security audits, maintain compliance reports, and support audit processes using Saviynt or SailPoint tools.
- User Support & Training: Provide support for user access requests, issue resolution, and training on IAM functionalities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record with Saviynt IGA/CPAM and/or SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ platforms.
- Technical Skills:
- Business Analysis Tools: Proficiency with business analysis and process documentation tools, such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, and Confluence, for requirement gathering and tracking.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Experience with SQL or other data querying tools to analyze IAM data, generate insights, and support decision-making.
- Workflow Design: Knowledge of IAM workflow creation and configuration, along with familiarity with role-based access controls and provisioning processes.
- Requirements Documentation: Strong experience documenting business requirements, creating user stories, and developing functional specifications.
- IAM Knowledge: In-depth understanding of IAM best practices, including access governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Soft Skills:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical IAM solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find efficient, effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or IAM-specific certifications.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using tools like JIRA for task and project tracking.
- Experience with IAM security best practices and regulatory compliance standards, such as HIPAA and PCI DSS.
