Job Summary –
Ensure the performance and optimization of enterprise applications using Dynatrace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and managing Dynatrace in our IT environment to monitor the health and performance of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with development, operations, and support teams to ensure optimal application performance.
Monitor the performance of applications, microservices, and infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain dashboards, s, and reports for real-time and historical performance metrics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize system configurations and improve the overall user experience.
Support incident management by identifying root causes of performance issues using Dynatrace APM.
Train and mentor internal teams on Dynatrace best practices, usage, and optimization strategies.
Stay up to date with new Dynatrace features, releases, and industry trends.
Years of experience needed – 5 yrs
Technical Skills:

Skilled Dynatrace professional with experience in application performance monitoring (APM) solutions, particularly Dynatrace
Experience to Install, configure, and manage the Dynatrace platform across all environments
Experience in real-time troubleshooting of performance issues using Dynatrace's AI-driven insights.
Experience in performing regular health checks of the Dynatrace infrastructure and ensure appropriate updates and maintenance.
