Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP PRA (Production and Revenue Accounting) Business Analyst with expertise in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with SAP PRA, particularly in revenue accounting or compliance, and demonstrate a proven track record in system implementations and upgrades.

This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

MUST have:

Oil and gas industry background with SAP PRA is required 

Hands-on experience with implementations, upgrades, and system configurations

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Strong expertise with SAP PRA in the oil and gas industry.

• Hands-on experience with implementations, upgrades, and system configurations.

• In-depth knowledge of production and revenue accounting or compliance processes in oil and gas.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, including upstream operations.

• Ability to create detailed functional specifications and work with technical teams for solution delivery.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with regulatory reporting and ensuring systems meet compliance standards.

• Proficiency in SAP modules that integrate with PRA, such as FI/CO and JVA (Joint Venture Accounting).

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of SAP PRA experience, with a focus on implementations or upgrades.

• Oil and gas industry background is required.
