Role:Senior Web Producer Location: Bellevue, WA Job description Sr Web Producer Responsibilities Point of contact for all device launch activities, from many weeks prior to launch all the way to night of deployment and post deployment. Change Requests: Processes all website requests assigned, based on agreed upon service levels and priority rankings, to developers, and internal IT submission tool. Answers any questions developers have related to website change requests. Tracks and monitors device launch lifecycle from inception to completion. Oversees and makes sure timelines are being followed for multiple projects for self and for other Producers. Shifts priorities quickly to ensure deadlines are met. Acts as liaison between key business (at the web and Enterprise level) stakeholders, web development, catalog configuration & application support teams, responds to questions/ issues and reacts quickly when required. Proactively communicates status of projects to business owners and key stakeholders as needed, and manages deliverable/launch expectations with all business owners. Provides weekly device launch updates to web organization. Communicates and assists IT web applications support teams with deployment documentation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Actively participates in weekly prioritization meetings. Strong multi-tasking skills\'ability to juggle multiple requests of small-medium size simultaneously and larger ones as well Resourcing : Manages incoming change requests to Producers, coordinate requests that are flowing within many different teams. Thinking strategically : Recommends and supports new or improved departmental or workflow procedures as needed; proactively or assigned. Complex project participation : May serve as Lead on larger projects, on-going long term initiatives On-Boarding new Web Producers ; assist in training on processes, systems, introduction to cross functional partners, etc. Point of contact for device launches: Coordinate release night activities as needed, provide LOE assessments, approve schedules provided by EIT for delivery dates, drive prioritization of requests for each device, appropriately resource additional Producers as needed. Provide regular insightful feedback to Sr. Manager regarding Web Producers performance-identify strengths and areas of opportunity Provide coaching to Web Producers as it pertains to change requests/assignments: ensure efficiency is being maintained and that there is compliance with the standard processes ; may be asked to provide additional assistance with daily functions when needed, ensure commitments are being met by the team. Qualifications 1-2 years performing Change Request process\'strong aptitude, performance and ability to accurately determine LOE and feasibility of incoming requests. Aptitude for identifying process gaps and identifying solutions \'creating process flows Strong multi-tasking skills\'ability to juggle multiple requests of medium-large size simultaneously Operate proactively in regard to operational processes, projects and requests 1-2 years experience with product catalog data or relational databases in general.
