Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Participate in requirements and solution design sessions
Recommend alternate approaches, define technical impacts and provide sizing estimates
Measure and optimize software and end-to-end system performance
Develop Visualforce pages and other technologies are a bonus
Perform functional testing for feature enhancements and bug fixes
Analyze and mitigate bugs and issues identified during testing
Create and follow processes to ensure maintainable application development and appropriate documentation
Collaborate with team members on new feature technical design, technical requirements, limitations and implementation
Proactively and continuously evaluate as well as address issues related to performance, stability, scalability and extensibility of the systems
Articulate development status to technical and non-technical audiences
Look for opportunities to refactor code and evaluate risk/benefit of doing so
Required Skills
4+ years in-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application coupled with a good understanding of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, etc.)
4+ years advanced Salesforce user and administrator skills (including using process builder, flows, workflow rules, sharing rules, permission sets, roles, profiles, groups, security setup, views and page layouts, etc.)
Salesforce.com Admin/Advanced Admin certification preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong debugging skills
Required Experience
Bachelor�¢??s degree or equivalent
4+ years experience with technical implementations of CRM projects, experience in Salesforce configuration and administration work a plus
Experience in migrating code from sandboxes to production environment and addressing issues
Experience with administering and governing web services
