Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree required in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Management
10+ years of experience working in Information Technology
10+ years of experience leading complex projects and initiatives in e-Commerce
5+ years Program Management with eCommerce experience
5+ years developing and communicating complex financial models
Demonstrated strong analytical skills
Proven knowledge of product and technology development lifecycle methodology, project management processes, process improvement, and finance
Previous experience forming and facilitating cross functional teams
Track record of managing programs to successful execution
Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external customer expectations on project requirements and deliverable
Strong written and oral communication skills; must be able to interact within all levels of client as well as external customers
Ability to manage multiple, competing, priorities in an effective and flexible manner
