Job Description:

Requirements â?¢ HRIS UltiPro system support for upgrades, testing of new features and functionality and communication with Payroll, HR and Finance regarding new or critical release information. Schedules and coordinates test environment refreshes. â?¢ System Administrator for ImageNow, responsible for project management of the implementation and future upgrades, testing of new features and functionality and communication with HR regarding new or critical release information â?¢ Collaborates with internal clients for current and future module configuration upgrades and/or implementation. Leads and participates in configuration meetings. â?¢ Coordinates, supports and troubleshoots scheduled reports, interface and connectivity issues with other internal and external systems â?¢ Supports the HRIS Manager in managing system security, user access and quarterly SOX User testing â?¢ Collaboration with IT, Payroll, HR and Finance departments on a regular basis â?¢ Reviews data input and output reporting for accuracy; maintains data integrity in system by running queries and analyzing data on a regular basis Education & Experience â?¢ Bachelorâ??s degree in a relevant field such as computer science or information systems and 3 to 5 years of Human Resources systems experience , or â?¢ Bachelorâ??s degree and a combination of Finance, IT or HR systems experience. Skills â?¢ Demonstrated data analytics and reporting capabilities â?¢ Strong ability to research, identify and correct data issues â?¢ Ability to prioritize work to meet short and long-term goals â?¢ Knowledge of Human Resources principles and practices â?¢ Excellent written and verbal communication â?¢ Ability to present and communicate with all levels of management Computer Skills â?¢ SaaS configuration experience â?¢ Proficient with Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint
