Role: SAP IT Systems Analyst - PTM Location: Waukesha, WI Job Requirements Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or related field preferred Minimum 7 years (11 years without Bachelors degree) of SAP implementation experience in the following areas PP - Production Planning and Control LO-ECH - Engineering Change Management QM - Quality Management LO-VC - Variant Configuration Experience with the SAP Industrial Manufacturing solution Experience in discreet Manufacturing industry business processes Excellent analytical thinker and problem solver Ability to translate user and/or systems requirements into functional technical specifications Providing IT support for regulatory and compliance activities Experience working with off shore Help Desk support ticket management, coverage requirements, response expectations Ability work within a group and/or individually Strong process and process improvement orientation Proficient in SAP configuration and master data Exceptional English written and oral communication skills Additional Skills Preferred: Experience implementing two (2) domestic full life cycle SAP implementations â?? including Project Cutover preparation, GO Live support, and Post Go Live Hyper Care support Experience implementing one (1) international full life cycle SAP implementation utilizing off shore consultants Experience in SAP required, preferably in implementation and production support Analyzing complex business problems and assessing how automated systems can be implemented to solve them Functional experience with SAP PLM and/or 3rd PTC/Windchill PLM Functional/implementation experience with SAP MII and/or SAP ME Vision â?? understanding todays decisions and their future impact on the organization Recommending hardware and software procurement to support business goals Advanced computer skills, including programming experience is preferred Skills, Knowledge, Abilities experience in reporting tools Coordinate with Development team
