RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage development projects from idea to launched project (Define project resources, budget and time; Define project requirements and manage the development process) Motivate and manage a cross-functional project team Actively communicate the status of the project internally and externally Manage and track the progress of product and project costs Manage and mitigate risks Participate in continuously improving the product development process REQUIRED SKILLS / COMPETENCIES Demonstrated leadership skills Strong communicator with the ability to influence others Results oriented individual with high-level of self motivation Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Detail-oriented and well-organized Ability to travel both domestically and internationally EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND B.A./B.S. in Engineering or Project Management required 3+ years of experience in product/project management required Wide art expertise in mechanics, hardware, software and supply chain required Agriculture and dairy experience preferred Experience with MS Office required (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio) Experience with CAD (SolidEdge), SAP, MS Access and Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred
