Job Responsibilities
- Prioritizes system projects, administration, integration and report creation by engaging with both internal and external service providers.
- Effectively collaborate with the IT department regarding technology guidelines, protocols, asset policies and governance with third-party service providers.
- Directs and leads process solution design, configuration, maintenance, and data architecture of the HR systems and leads the integration as needed.
- Accountable for systems supporting: HR, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Employee Relations, Workers Compensation and Compliance processes.
- Provides leadership, direction, HR system expertise, and champions the resolution of issues and solution delivery.
- Ensures advance controls and audits are in place for data integrity, compliance with federal, state and corporate regulations.
- Manage HRIS Projects and HRIS staff to achieve People/HR department goals and objectives that require systems and technology related support.
- Required Skills And AbilitiesCollege degree in business, human resources administration, or related field, and/or equivalent experience is preferred.5 - 10 years progressive HRIS experienceStrong knowledge of ADPKenexa experience, preferredAbility to use SQL
