Job Description:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business or Engineering
- 3+ years experience in customer master data management with Oracle EBS Trading Community Architecture (TCA) and Data Quality Management (DQM)Prior experience with supporting or implementing Oracle R12
- Experience with leading/managing small to mid-size projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal customers at all levels.
- Deep experience and understanding of TCA/customer MDM quality processes and proceduresSkilled in creating, monitoring and managing concurrent programs, workflows, API\'s and Open Interface processingGathering requirements, writing specifications, application configuration and coordinating implementation of projects and system changes for Oracle TCA and DQM.
- Functional configuration and hands on implementation/upgrade/support experience for Oracle TCA and DQMDesign, test and implementation of Oracle application extensions, interfaces and data conversionsUse SQL
- Navigator, TOAD and/or SQL
- Plus in aid of solution design, trouble shooting and data validation/reconciliationSolution design by re-engineering of process OR formulating a new process (i.e. Business Process and System Process) in collaboration with business users.Research, troubleshoot and resolves Oracle Application issues (customer data related) working with Oracle support and Knoll team membersStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExperience with Oracle SOA, OBIEE and BI Apps is a plus
